Inspiration for my own project
This week we have to hand in a photo inspired from our own project. I have decided that I am taking portraits of people. I hope to stage these photos in a certain way that the photo contains mystery and inspires curiosity. I am also hoping that the photo shows some aspect of the person that I am photographing; the photo can either explain something about the person or hint to their personality or what they are like. Tom Chamber’s photography involves portraits of people in mystical places. His photographs are often dark yet somehow magical. I hope to convey an aspect of Chamber’s photography in my project. I hope to be inspired by his own artwork and make my own.
