Scan Myself – Self Portraits – Weekly Extra
Since most of my photo projects turn into self portraits, it would only make sense that I love to look at other people’s self portraits as well. The self portraits done by a German artist named Ella somewhat remind me of my own self portraits, but add different dark twists that I personally really like.
I love the fact that she added things into the photographs that she loved, since it told something about her own personality. I may end up doing something like that with my own self-portraits, since I’m getting sick of them solely featuring me.
The blurred photos also add a sense of confusion, and I love the fact none of these were edited at all.
I also love her hair, but that’s just me loving red hair.
