These photos, taken by Russian artist, where based of the stories of classic Russian fairytales. The artist explains how each work is laced with a hidden message which I think is very interesting. Every photo tells a different story and could be interpreted by the viewer in many unique ways.  During my second year of photo, I feel that I began to channel the same idea as this photographer. However, I based my work off of stories that are well known in America. I find it fascinating to see the theme from the perspective of a different culture.  The work done by this artist is even more mysterious and captivating to those who are unfamiliar with the Russian fairytales. In the future, I would like to incorporate stories from different cultures into my work.
